Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a similar field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally within retail or commercial environments.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
