Job Description
Robinsons Land is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Mall Manager to lead the daily operations of Dasma-Mall. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective planning and management skills while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, the public, and local officials will be essential to success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership abilities and exceptional customer service skills.
- Candidates should be energetic, honest, and passionate.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week with a shifting schedule.
