Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Mall Manager oversees the standard and efficient day-to-day operations of all facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring profitable mall operations, implementing approved policies, maintaining positive relations with tenants and suppliers, and enhancing the mall’s physical value. The Mall Manager also ensures a secure environment for customers and prepares marketing and event plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should hold a degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of experience in mall operations. Technical knowledge in building maintenance, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities are required.
