Job Description
We are seeking a Mall Supervisor to manage daily mall operations, ensuring safety, superior customer service, and effective coordination among tenants, security, and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, supervising staff, responding to incidents, supporting events and promotions, and monitoring facility standards to preserve an attractive shopping environment. Candidates must have at least two years’ experience in retail or property management, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and availability for flexible shifts.
