Job Description
The Management Trainee (MT) will undergo a series of training for a store managerial position at 33 Foods, Inc. – BreadTalk.
BreadTalk Philippines will provide a management trainee program to equip candidates with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to become an effective and responsible manager.
Qualifications :
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in any course
- Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in Food & Beverage / Bakeshop / Restaurant Service
- Must be customer service-oriented, keen to details, and have good communication skills
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict implementation of Company Policies and SOP
- Drive KPI and sales targets
- Perform regular store maintenance inspections
- Supervise store personnel and monthly inventory
- Evaluate direct reports’ performance
- Secure confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
