Job Description
Ajinochinmi Co., Inc. is looking for a Management Trainee at our UCC Magnolia location in Quezon City. We require a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage sector.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, be highly motivated, and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts is a must.
A competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month is offered, along with benefits such as additional leave and employee discounts.
