Job Description
1. Coordinates and implements store activities with the management team to achieve performance targets – FSC quality, sales, and cash flow.
2. Helps maintain highest standards on Food, Service, and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC).
3. Ensures customer service and operating standards are met, handles customer feedback promptly.
4. Manages store maintenance, safety, and cleanliness during shifts.
5. Recommends activities for store profitability and managing inventory.
6. Assists in preparing financial reports regularly.
7. Ensures accurate cash handling and inventory management.
8. Manages proper ordering and storage of materials.
9. Communicates company policies and procedures to store team.
10. Implements HR procedures effectively for productivity and labor management.
11. Maintains confidentiality of company policies and manuals.
