Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day store operations and assist Team Management during shifts.
- Lead Team Members in daily functions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor food safety and quality control.
- Implement company policies and procedures for excellent service.
- Process and receive store stocks, monitor inventories, and perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s/ Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to be trained and continue learning about store operations.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
- Good English communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
