Job Description

Role Purpose

• Trainees under this program are trained and developed to become well-rounded future leaders by getting exposure to various functions of the business in 24 months. During this period, the trainees will also work on an approved project to conclude their training.

Functional

• Undergo formal and informal training
• Get exposure to the key roles in their assigned function
• Learn and understand, from a specialist to the management perspective, the different responsibilities in each function
• Attend regular meetings with assigned mentor for alignment and coaching purposes

Project Management

• Choose and propose a capstone project to a panel of Senior Management Team members.
• Plan and implement approved project, including coordinating with relevant departments, budget proposal and management, and project evaluation.
• Select a function for further exposure and training to strengthen knowledge and skills.

Learning

• Gain knowledge and skills on Management HR, Accounting, Admin, and BPO functions
• Develop skills in Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling
• Learn about Emotional Intelligence in Leadership, Leadership Styles, Effective Communication, Feedback and Coaching, and Change Management

Key capabilities / Competencies / Expected years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree with impressive credentials OR less than 2 years of work experience
• Ability to clearly explain reasons for applying and relevance to the candidate
• Demonstrates value for respect and results
