Job Description
BreadTalk, a renowned Singaporean lifestyle brand with international appeal for its Boutique Bakery Concept, is seeking a Management Trainee for their Festival Mall branch in the Philippines. As part of their expansion plans, BreadTalk aims to open more branches nationwide.
The Management Trainee position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to perform the company’s standard procedures. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers, promoting training, product knowledge, and safe work practices.
If you possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, have at least 1 year of working experience in a related field, and are passionate about leading a team towards efficient and profitable store operations, then join the BreadTalk family.
