Job Description
BreadTalk is a Singaporean lifestyle brand that has gained international appeal for its Boutique Bakery Concept. As we aim to expand and open more branches nationwide, we are looking for a Management Trainee for our Robinson Magnolia branch.
The Management Trainee will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing the company’s standard procedures. The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field and have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of BreadTalk Robinson Magnolia.
- Manage the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions.
- Foster a positive environment, ensuring consistent, fast, efficient, and friendly service for both customers and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
