Job Description
The Management Trainee will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting sales initiatives. This includes overseeing workforce management, conducting assessments to enhance operational efficiency, and implementing necessary administrative tasks.
Job qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Food or Business, strong leadership and customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Candidates must be open to shifting schedules and extended hours.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 22,00.00 per month
