Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Shift Manager (SM) oversees store operations, analyzes daily business, documents reports, ensures staff scheduling meets business needs, monitors team behavior, and more.
- Coaching and disciplining staff
- Delegating duties and evaluating performance
- Collaborating with Store Managers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 12-hour or 8-hour shifts
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary and overtime pay
