Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking Management Trainees for our location in Muntinlupa Bayan, Muntinlupa City. In this role, you will ensure adherence to Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs, manage daily operations, and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on sales initiatives and identify operational growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a Business-related field, demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills, and possess effective communication abilities. Flexibility to work extended hours and varying shifts is required. We are hiring across all regions of the Philippines.
