Job Description
We are looking for Management Trainees for Human Resource Services.
This is a 24-month accelerated development program that will allow you to experience different processes across our Hire to Retire Streams (Human Resource, Hire to Retire, Integrated Access Management, Rewards and Global Mobility) and gain exposure within the Nestle Group. We welcome agile and resilient young professionals to grow in NBS and help enrich our organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Computer Engineering, BSBA Major in Human Resource, Behavioral Science.
- High performing talents with exceptional rating in the last performance cycle.
- Has less than 2 years work experience.
- Exceptional leadership.
- High learning agility and resilience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
