Job Description
A Management Trainee, or Manager in Training, works closely with managers and supervisors across various departments. This role involves assisting with the onboarding of new hires, providing administrative support, and delegating tasks to team members.
Key duties include completing tasks by deadlines, attending meetings, overseeing employee performance, implementing new policies, and ensuring proper training for new staff.
