Job Description
1. Coordinates and implements store activities together with the management team to achieve performance targets – FSC quality, sales and cash flow.
2. Helps ensure that the highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC) are maintained.
3. Helps ensure that customer service and operating standards are implemented during the shift; solicits customer feedback and ensures prompt resolution of complaints.
4. Attends to all concerns relating to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security, and sanitation during the shift.
6. Recommends store activities to increase sales, manage inventory, and costs effectively.
7. Assists in preparing financial-related reports regularly.
8. Ensures accurate cash handling, inventory management, and consistent record-keeping.
9. Properly orders and stores materials, supplies, and merchandise.
10. Communicates and implements company policies, store standards, and procedures effectively.
11. Supports store HR procedures and ensures labor productivity and compliance.
12. Maintains confidentiality of company policies and manuals.
