Job Description
Puregold Price Club Inc. seeks a Management Trainee to supervise daily store operations at Puregold San Pedro, Laguna. The role requires executing marketing and merchandising directives, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates must be willing to work shifts and report on-site.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a four-year business program
- Experience: Minimum one year of relevant retail or management experience
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
