Job Description
Rod and Staff Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:
- Help find and create new sales leads using a variety of techniques, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of lead qualifying and prospecting strategies.
- Oversee the sales funnel and monitor sales activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Open to fresh graduates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
