We are looking for eager, detail-oriented individuals with a leadership mindset to join us as Management Trainees.
Job Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, food safety, customer service, and workforce management.
Job Objectives:
- To maintain food safety standards.
- To ensure customer satisfaction through best practices.
- To effectively manage stocks and inventories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct team meetings and manage schedules.
- Monitor production processes and food safety.
- Check food and service quality consistently.
- Manage team members and monitor inventory costs.
- Replenish stocks as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in a management role or similar.
- Preferably with fast food industry experience.
- Location: Plaza Leon, Tondo Manila.
