Job Description

Since 2005, WIDEOUT AQA has been the human side of the technology powering MarTech. We’ve designed bespoke programs for enterprise companies such as GOOGLE, VSP + ZETA Global; supercharging their marketing teams + partners by plugging into our existing infrastructure + leveraging our distributed teams. Our core services include Creative Development, Ad Operations, Ad Production + Video Editing. Responsibilities:

• Understand the organization’s processes and goals to support various tasks and daily deliverables.
• Undergo training with different departments to learn the standard procedures and implement best practices.
• Take part in new and existing projects either as a project manager and/or as an individual contributor.
• Monitor department performance and report relevant findings as needed for efficiency.
• Participate in meetings, training, and other learning opportunities.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and Individual Contributors.
• Embrace and apply company core values – Agility, Quality, and Accountability.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time such as handling special projects from the Operations, Accounts, etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Media and Creatives, etc.)
• Project management experience is a major plus.
• Must be willing to work graveyard shift.
• Can start immediately.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Excellent math and computational ability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
