- Lead branch operations
- Ensure staff efficiency
- Maintain high service standards

- Forecast orders and kitchen hygiene
Required Qualifications:
- College graduate in Business/Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years branch management experience
- Knowledge of scheduling and inventory
- POS and profit/loss proficiency
