Job Description
- Check, follow up, and ensure team member attendance is recorded.
- Ensure sufficient manpower and headcount for smooth daily operations.
- Track staff progress and ensure timely completion of all trainings.
- Participate in meetings, supervise outlet schedule, and operations.
- Ensure outlets comply with operational standards and company policies.
- Investigate and take action on misconduct under supervision.
- Meet deadlines for documents, reports, and record updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and support employee accountability.
- Review sales data and identify opportunities to achieve targets.
- Follow company standards for cash handling at ZUS location.
- Perform additional duties as required.
