Job Description
- Responsible for managing loading and unloading of company-owned trucks
- Responsible for planning and scheduling daily routes for in-house delivery drivers
- Monitor and supervise delivery activities
- Ensure all delivery requirements from sales are met
- Monitor transport expenses including diesel, toll fees, truck maintenance costs, etc.
- Address customer concerns
- Monitor KPI and assess team performance
Qualifications:
- With at least two years of work experience in Logistics
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and proactive with strong decision-making skills
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
