Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Advisor Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and professional development of our team of advisors, ensuring their success in providing top-notch financial advice to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing a comprehensive training program for advisors.
- Identifying development needs and providing coaching and support to advisors.
- Monitoring and evaluating advisor performance and providing feedback for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new training materials and programs.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advisor development.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing a team of advisors. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial industry are essential for this position.
