As the Manager for CX Process Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to enhance performance, ensure compliance with company policies, identify risks, and drive process improvements.

  • Develop and implement policies & action plans to resolve performance gaps and audit items
  • Stakeholder management and communication of audit-related findings
  • Ensure team compliance with GCash policies and processes
  • Review internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Specialize in risk identification and process streamlining
  • Provide advisory on business development and compliance matters
  • Ensure accuracy of compliance reports and alignment with regulatory standards
