Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Facilities Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facilities, including maintenance, security, and operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing facility management strategies and policies
- Ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems and equipment
- Managing the maintenance and repair of facilities
- Overseeing security and emergency response procedures
- Monitoring and controlling facility budgets
- Coordinating with external vendors and service providers
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. A degree in facility management or a related field is preferred.
