Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Sourcing and Recruitment to join our dynamic team. As the Manager for Sourcing and Recruitment, your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding successful hires.
You will be responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent, including utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and building relationships with industry professionals. Additionally, you will be involved in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making final hiring decisions.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of recruitment practices and the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective partnerships with different stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.
