Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Manager II, Payroll to join our dynamic team. The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payroll management, extensive knowledge of payroll regulations, and experience with payroll software. In addition, strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Manager II, Payroll will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations, managing payroll audits, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
