Job Description
a. Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing long-term engagement plans and programs for all AHMC internal partners to increase organizational revenue. Build and manage relationships internally, enhancing product awareness.
b. Initiate creation, development, execution, and monitoring of programs for AHMC employees in line with hospital referral system improvement.
c. Maintain strong relationships with internal partners such as doctors, employees, MOB secretaries, contingent workforce, and their dependents.
Education:
- Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in business management, marketing, or healthcare
Preference:
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience in marketing/strategic partnerships
- Five years in a supervisory role and preferable three years in a managerial capacity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
