Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Lean Digital Transformation to join our team. As the Manager – Lean Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading and driving the digital transformation initiatives within our organization.
Main duties:
- Developing and executing digital transformation strategies to optimize business processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Identifying and implementing lean methodologies and digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish timelines, and ensure successful project implementation.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, coaching and mentorship to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and making necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in digital transformation, lean methodologies, and project management. Additionally, excellent leadership and communication skills are crucial for effectively driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
