Job Description
Gratitude India seeks three Managers based in Clark, Pampanga (hybrid; some travel) to lead Lean Six Sigma programs for Banking & Financial Services or Collections. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, standardizing processes, implementing cross‑functional solutions, tracking KPI improvements, and coaching teams to sustain gains. Flexible schedules and occasional travel required.
- Required: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience: BPO process improvement and account management within BFS or Collections; proven PI delivery in BPO.
- Compensation: PHP160,00 basic + PHP20,650 allowance. Immediate start preferred.
Apply with last drawn salary, education, LSS certification, relevant account experience, years of PI in BPO, and confirmation of salary expectation and acceptance of Clark hybrid arrangement.
