Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Manager for our Service Desk department. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk team, ensuring high-quality customer service and resolution of technical issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate tasks to the Service Desk team members, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient ticket resolution
- Monitor service levels and ensure that customer inquiries and technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Lead and coach the team, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address recurring technical issues and customer pain points
