Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Six Sigma Process Improvement & Digital Transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving our organization’s efforts towards operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
As the Manager, you will be tasked with implementing and managing Six Sigma methodologies and best practices to improve our business processes and drive efficiency and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, analyze data, and propose and implement innovative solutions.
In addition, you will play a key role in leading our digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to optimize business processes and enhance our customer experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define digital strategies and oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
