Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager of Strategy & Program Delivery at Philip Morris International. This key role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and managing the successful implementation of programs within our organization.
As the Manager of Strategy & Program Delivery, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver on various projects and programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (MBA preferred)
