Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Systems Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance of our company’s systems and technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of support technicians and ensuring the efficient operation of our systems.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex system issues.
- Developing and implementing system improvement plans to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades and integrations.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing appropriate measures to ensure reliability and security.
We are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of system support processes.
