Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager, Technical Support. As the Manager, Technical Support, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our technical support team, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of technical support professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical support department
- Provide technical assistance and resolution to complex customer issues
