Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Technical Training. As the Manager of Technical Training, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technical training programs to meet the needs of our employees and ensure their continued growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design effective training materials.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously enhance our training offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams.
