- Ensure performance meets agreed SLAs/KPIs.
- Onsite management to resolve operational issues.
- Drive productivity initiatives.
- Manage risks during process transitions.
- Coordinate with support organizations for operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in shared services or large operations.
- Proven leadership of large teams.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php250,00.00 – Php300,00.00/month
