Job Description
As a Mandarin Bilingual Agent, you’ll handle calls, chats, and webtickets. Additionally, you’ll troubleshoot IT issues and complete all client-mandated trainings before the due date.
Non-negotiable requirements:
- Amenable to report to work onsite in Centris, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- At least 2 years experience with ITSD or Technical support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month
