Job Description
Make targeted outbound calls to Mandarin student applicants to maximize student confirmations and enrollments.
- Providing excellent customer service through different communication platforms.
- Informing and assisting student applicants on application and enrollment processes.
- Responding to inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.
- Adhere to service-level commitments.
- Maintain data integrity protocols rigorously.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualification Requirement
- At least 3 years BPO experience in Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City then WFH after 6 months.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php75,00.00 – Php85,00.00/month
