Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Mandarin Customer Service Representative. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and in our office, providing assistance to Mandarin-speaking customers.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and have excellent communication skills in English. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required as training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the team to improve service quality.
