Job Description
Details:
- The job description requires making targeted outbound calls to Mandarin student applicants to increase student confirmations and enrollments while providing excellent customer service through various channels.
- Skills & experience needed:
- Minimum 3 years of BPO experience in Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City for 4 to 6 months before transitioning to a WFH setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php75,00.00 – Php85,00.00 per month
