Job Description
We are seeking a professional Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide phone, email, chat, and messaging support. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Responsibilities include addressing product, order, billing, and technical inquiries; documenting interactions; escalating complex cases; and utilizing CRM and ticketing systems. Preferred experience includes call center or BPO environments, working with multilingual teams, and flexibility in scheduling. This full-time, in-person position offers Php80,00–Php90,00/month. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving, active listening, and the ability to manage high-volume interactions with professionalism and cultural awareness.
