Job Description
Rhenus Logistics Incorporated is seeking an experienced Documentation Staff – Manifest to coordinate daily Air and Sea freight operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely submission of manifests to avoid penalties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare manifests with Operations.
- Monitor incoming shipments.
- Create manifests via VASP Portal.
- Ensure timely submissions to carriers.
- Resolve manifest issues with CDEC and Bureau of Customs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Import Manifest experience.
- Knowledge of international freight services.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong data analysis and professional attitude.
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month. Benefits include health insurance and promotion opportunities.
