Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manila Office Operations Team Lead on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office in Manila.
As the Team Lead, your main duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the office staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve workflow and optimize performance
- Handling administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering office supplies as needed
- Assisting with recruitment and training of new employees
- Addressing employee concerns and providing guidance and support when needed
The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in office management or a related field. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
