Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manpower Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Manpower Planning Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient allocation of our workforce to meet our organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manpower plans to address staffing requirements
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast future needs
- Collaborate with management to understand business goals and create strategic workforce plans
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to identify talent gaps and develop recruitment strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of manpower plans and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide guidance to department managers on workforce planning best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in manpower planning or workforce management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
