Job Description
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
<HUMAN RESOURCES>
– End-to-end Recruitment
– Employee Benefits
– Planning of company trips and other events
<ACCOUNTING> (Currently partnered with an Accounting Firm)
– Japan Monthly processing/report
– Consolidation Package or Consolidation Report
– Tax processing
– Payroll
– Invoice processing
– Other Accounting related-tasks
<PURCHASING>
– Internal parts
– Customer parts ordering (domestic and overseas)
<GENERAL AFFAIR>
– Internal administration
– Cloud management
– Other GA tasks (including all miscellaneous tasks)
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree holder
– Has experience as General Admin Manager
– With accounting experience
– Has experience in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
– Good communicator
– Good leadership
– Willing to work for a recently established company
– Can speak Japanese is preferred.
