Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI), you will oversee manufacturing operations, uphold standards, and implement procedures to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Improving quality systems and results
- Conducting safety risk assessments
- Analyzing and prioritizing downtime data for improvements
- Optimizing processes and costs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer
- Seven years of relevant experience, food & beverage industry exposure is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
