Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI), you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to standards and implementing procedures for optimal efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
- Improving quality systems and results
- Conducting safety risk assessments
- Implementing controls hierarchy
- Analyzing downtime data and prioritizing improvements
- Developing action plans for downtime reduction
- Conducting detailed analyses on resources and costs
- Optimizing processes with standard playbooks and SOPs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer
- Experience in food and beverage industry is advantageous
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
